Commercial Video Production Services with Zipinmedia
Zipinmedia is a commercial video production company. We are based in South Florida, known throughout Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and more. We are known for our comprehensive and thorough video production process. We work with businesses across the United States offering the highest quality video with the best possible service.
We have created commercials for businesses of all sizes. Our commercials are shown on local TV here in South Florida, nationally throughout the United States, and online where they are seen by the world. We have an efficient process, and a unique way of working with your business. We have the ability to create essentially any type of commercial, for any industry, all fast and with stories that make an impact.
Creativity, technique, and customer service. When you choose Zipinmedia to help you facilitate commercial video production, you’re connected to a partner that will craft video the way you would as though you had an entire video department in-house.
This type of video opens the door for you to be whoever it is you want to be, all in a way that is easily consumed, whether it’s viewed on TV or online.
But it comes as little surprise that this type of video also needs to be as professional as possible. While all video is better when it is professionally crafted, commercials are an investment. They’re not something that one can simply throw together if they want to achieve the best possible ROI.
That is where professional commercial video production comes into play. This is why so many different organizations, large and small, choose Zipinmedia to create and produce their commercial videos.
Zipinmedia is a Florida based video production company. We work locally in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and South Florida area, and we have clients nationally that work across the United States and are looking for a partner in their video development.
What makes us different from other video production companies is that we connect with your organization as though we were a part of it.
In an ideal world, every business would have their own in-house video production team:
A team that knows and understands the technology of video.
A team that can provide footage from multiple angles, with multiple cameras.
A team that understands how to tell a story through video.
A team that can tell a story through film.
A team that can schedule actors, create animations, and more.
Here in the real world, few companies have the resources – or even the need – to hire, train, manage, and monitor that many experienced staff members. It’s why we’ve been contacted not only by SMBs, but also Fortune 500 companies, looking for someone to partner with them to create the videos they need.
But it’s also what has shaped the way we operate. We don’t produce video as though we’re a third party vendor. We produce video as if we worked in house – taking a personalized and professional approach to video production that gets to know you. Just like if you had your own video production team, we also work in coordination with you in whatever way works best for your organization.
If you have an entire idea and script outlined and would like us to put it together, we can help.
If you have nothing more than a goal – no plan, no script, no idea – we can run with it with as much or as little input as you want to provide. Some of our clients send us their creative ideas, while others let us manage the entire project from beginning to end using our expertise along the way.
Zip In Media has been producing video for over 12 years, before online video gained any popularity. We have since grown, increasing both the services we offer and the process we use to manage our customers. Zipinmedia is also a full service video production company, which means if you need additional video beyond commercials, we can assist there as well.
With over 40,000 videos created across well over 100 different industries, Zipinmedia is available to take your idea and help you reach your goals.
Our Commercial Video Production Services
The purpose of advertising video production is to create a video that captures attention and creates a memorable impression to the viewer.
These videos are slightly different than other types of productions. They are usually played automatically on a medium that is not controlled by the viewer – for example, a commercial may play in between an inning during a baseball game, or automatically before a video you’re trying to watch online.
That’s different from, say, a product video that is placed on an Amazon page, where the viewer purposefully clicks on the video in order to make a decision about a purchase.
That also means that this type of video has the be created differently. It has to have as much information as possible in a shorter time. It has to be memorable, ideally capturing attention but at least meeting the audience where they are. It has to also be perfect, as few people have the patience to sit through an otherwise awkward, thrown together video.
With all of our experience in commercial video production services, we’re confident that we can craft a video that matches the narrative you want for your company. Because we get to know you, and because we know how to create commercials that make an impact with the viewer, we will be able to find the strategies and approach that will best help you reach your goals, using your budget in the most efficient and effective way possible.
We create any type of video, so if you imagined a commercial different from what we described, rest assured that we can craft it. In addition, commercials these days can be found in two separate mediums, and we are able to make adjustments to the commercials to match the medium. These include the following:
Television Commercial Video Production
Although so much advertising takes place online today, the word “Commercial” is directly associated with television – and for good reason, as TV commercials have existed for over 80 years, and will continue to be a part of mainstream advertising for decades more.
But TV commercial video production has also changed considerably. With improvements in video quality and messaging (along with the thousands of advertisements that people typically see in their lifetime), it’s extremely difficult to create an in-house commercial anymore, especially one that captures attention in a world where people frequently tune out the television.
You need quality, which is why working with an experienced commercial videographer and a team of highly skilled editors is the best choice. We are able to plan every part of what makes an effective video, and can adjust based on your budget to determine if we need:
Our team comes up with a plan that will get your organization noticed, and does so in a way that is fit for the TV audiences. If you know where the placement is going to be, we can adjust the video for that placement, or if you’d like something more generic that you can use across multiple audiences, we can help there as well.
Television remains a great place to advertise your brand, and our commercial video production for TV audiences will make sure that your video will make that desired impact.
Commercials for Online Videos
TV may still be best associated with commercials. But many businesses have moved more and more to online advertising. Video plays many roles within the online marketing and online media world, but “commercials” are also still very common, and you can find them in many different places including:
Online commercials are arguably becoming more common as technology improves. Now, any organization that shows video (for example, a website like ESPN playing a sports clip) can have advertisers pay to show video before, during, or after the clip is viewed. That makes online commercials resemble traditional television ads.
It is also possible to pay for “commercials” to play before someone can see social media video or directly on someone’s screen. In some cases, commercials can be added to sidebars, and play automatically when someone visits a website.
Overall, there are many ways that commercials can be used online as well, and savvy businesses have long learned that taking advantage of these different avenues – especially when creating video that matches the desired audience – is a great way to make sure that your brand is getting noticed. At Zipinmedia, when you need commercials for online use, or any type of online video, our team is here to help.
Commercial Video Production Videographers and Videography
Types of Commercial Advertising Videos
One of the things we’ve learned working in video for so many years is that there are many different ways to create a video, and none of them are necessarily wrong. Indeed, these days, there are businesses that pay websites like YouTube to show 2-hour commercials, hoping that the viewer will not press the “skip” button and other videos that are as short as 3 seconds for instant in-and-out branding.
That said, commercials do tend to have some commonalities, either in approach or length. The following are some of the different types of commercial videos that you may consider, but we want you to know that video can be creative and doesn’t have to fit into specific boxes.
15 or 30-Second Spot Videos – Traditional commercials, called “Spots,” are often sold in 15 to 30-second increments. We can design commercials directly around that length to help spread brand awareness, introduce a product, and much more.
Explainer Videos – Explainer videos are more commonly used on websites, but can also be used as commercials. They describe a product or service fast, in a way that is easy to digest to quickly help someone understand what you offer and why they should choose you.
Company Profile Videos – Commercials are typically short, 15 to 30-second clips. That doesn’t always leave enough time to “Sell” but it does leave a lot of time to brand. Many people choose to use their commercials to feature their company in a way that reflects positively on their brand to leverage that into additional growth.
Product Demonstration Videos – Similar to explainer videos, sometimes, you need to introduce as many people as possible to a new product. Product demonstration videos make it possible to show everyone how useful your product is and what it would be like if they owned it.
Employee Portrait Videos – Many companies have been using employee portrait videos as a way to humanize the workplace. These commercials typically feature one or more employees, explaining their story and their connection to the work they do.
Live Footage Videos – Live footage commercials are niche commercials typically used to market events, although they can be used to show the inside of a workplace. They’re especially useful for concerts, conventions, and comedy show companies.
Video is a type of creative media, and as such there are very few limitations about what you can do with it. If you need something different, or if you’re relying on us to decide what type of video to do and we believe that there is some unique approach we should take, we’ll be sure and get it done even if it does not fit these traditional categories.
Shoot Locations and Subjects
Commercials are designed to stand out in ways that are specific to your business or organization. To do that, we will need to get or create footage. Because every commercial is unique, the type of footage we gather may be different depending on what type of organization, product, or service we’re marketing. But at any moment we may need to grab footage from a variety of sources, including:
In-House Commercial Videos
Sometimes, we need to grab our footage from you directly. We send our commercial videographers to your workplace, or to an event that you’re sponsoring, and capture as much as we can in order to turn it into something that can show viewers who you are.
We can capture live footage of people working, celebrating, or enjoying their time at your establishment. We can also hire actors to pretend to perform those tasks, but do so in a way that is realistic to the space. This type of footage works for a number of different types of commercial video.
If you’re in Florida, especially in the Miami, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale regions, we’re able to come to your property at any time to get what we need to create your video, and if you’re further away, we have connections with many of the best local videographers to help make sure that we have what we need to make your commercial.
Celebrity Featured Commercial Videos
Other popular styles of commercials are those that feature a celebrity of some kind. These may include:
Famous Actor/Actresses, and More
If we believe that we need to have a famous person on screen in order to attract people to your brand, we’ll try to find the information for their agent and see what their commercial video production cost is and availability. We also have our own connections to specific agents to help see if we can get someone on screen that matches your commercial needs.
Animation is a great way to capture attention, as it allows you to add a video that typically can not be done as easily with real human beings. Animation adds color, makes it easier to show information in a way that is digestible, and can be completed as a standalone form of video or added to any other type of video.
There are different approaches to animation as well. There’s the “cartoon” type that we think of when we hear the word animation, but animation can also be any approach that uses computer-generated drawings to show what people typically can’t.
Our commercial animation team can make sure that you have an animated video that speaks to your target audience, using high-quality animation(s) representative of your brand. This is a good type of video marketing.
Product manufacturing and distribution companies often find that the product itself is the best subject for the video. As the world moves increasingly online, a commercial that is able to showcase how a product works, what its benefits are, and who its audience is can not only help make a product more exciting to consumers but potentially lead to instant sales for those that shop online.
Featuring a new product in either a television or online commercial is thus one of the best ways to make your video work for you.
Whiteboard-style videos, which are typical – although not always – combined with animation, are a very effective way to capture attention. Whiteboard videos, which involve writing and drawing on a usually imaginary whiteboard, have surprising memorability and are able to simplify complex topics in a way that is uniquely engaging.
We can help you create whiteboard videos that look professional and clearly explain a topic to the potential viewing audience.
These are of course only some of the many subjects that could potentially be used in your commercial video production. Because each one is unique to your business, we’ll get to know your company and brand and determine the best approach to your company’s video.
Commercial Video Production Ideas for Your Business
Who We Work With
Commercials are an effective advertising video for essentially any industry, and so it’s probably little surprise that in our experience we’ve been contacted to create commercials for businesses and organizations across a wide spectrum.
If you’re in need of commercial video production, we encourage you to contact us whether or not you see your industry on the list. However, a small sample of some of the businesses that contact us for commercial development include:
Medical and Healthcare – Building trust in the medical field is a critical component for not only helping someone choose your service but arguably for the value of the healthcare itself, as trust in the physician plays a role in the treatment process. Commercials are one way that hospitals and medical centers build that trust, all while helping grow your practice.
Home Services – Landscaping, pest control, electricians, and more, All of these types of businesses rely on local commercials and advertising to help them spread brand awareness. Because we offer competitive rates for our commercial videos, we are a very popular choice for those companies looking for someone to provide commercials for their local market.
Restaurant and Dining – Coffee and dining have always been popular with commercials, which can show how delicious the food is. We’ve also found that commercials are becoming increasingly popular with food-related online businesses, such as diet box companies and food delivery apps.
Accounting and Finance – Much like in the medical and healthcare field, most financial services rely on trust. Commercials are one of the most effective tools for building trust, able to give each person an understanding of your professionalism.
Event Organizers – Event Organizers – When an event is coming up, it becomes critical to get as many people to sign up as possible. That often means commercials, which are advertised to a wide audience in order to get as many attendees as you can. By attending events or using existing past footage, we can create high quality commercials.
Car Dealerships – There are many broad industries that look to commercial advertising. But there’s no denying that local car dealerships is one specific type of business that benefits greatly from local advertising. Car dealership commercials help showcase inventory, attract buyers, and see more business.
Any business of any kind can use commercials. Even if you do not see your industry here, it is possible to create a commercial that helps brand your organization and attract new business.
If you’ve even been thinking about commercial video production, we encourage you to contact us at any time.
Our Commercial Video Production Process
The field of video production is different from other forms of video. It’s not just about “creating a commercial.” It’s about making sure that your video shares a message in a way that resonates. Even the “simplest” video still requires a story, a message, or some way to connect with the viewer. Behind every good commercial is a team that understands how to put the commercials together.
All we need from you is a goal. We’re happy to take your input or integrate any ideas you have, but in theory, if you came to us with nothing more than a goal, we’d be able to put it to work. As a full-service video production company, we are able to create these high-quality video advertisements by putting them through a very specific production process. Our process includes:
Most of what makes a commercial great comes long before the first second of footage has been filmed. It’s all in the planning. It is within the planning stages, known as “pre-production,” that we essentially envision the entire video.
Acquisition of Talent/Actors
Interview Questions, and More
We take your idea and plan everything we need to create it. Once our corporate video production team is out in the field and capturing the necessary footage, they know exactly what they need to grab for us to create a final video that tells a story.
Once all the planning has taken place, a production day is when we start with the footage. We have an extremely talented commercial video production team that is able to travel throughout Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and the South Florida area. Sometimes we travel as far north as Orlando and Tampa.
Even though our videographers are extremely talented, all the footage we capture needs to be edited and put together in order to tell the story. This is the post-production phase, where the editing takes place to make a final piece that is ready to be viewed.
Our post-production stage also has a process, because we want to make sure that when we send you the final product. Before we even begin, we set up a dedicated project management portal, where you can follow along on our progress and get updates along the way. Then, our editors get to work, completing the project in stages:
Stage 1: Rough Cut – The rough cut is where the main edits happen. This is where we take all the footage that we captured and put it in the correct order, giving it the timing that is best for the project. At this stage, we haven’t done many of the fine edits, such as color corrections, text additions, etc. We then wait for your notes and approval.
Stage 2: Fine Cut – During the fine cut stage, we start adding the transitions, text, graphics, and other edits that are needed. If there were any changes we needed to make to the footage, we make those as well. Most of the finer edits take place during this stage, and in some cases, by the end of the stage, the video is already ready for viewing. We once again wait for your notes and approval.
Stage 3: Final Cut – Thanks to all that feedback, we can make any final corrections. Then the video is ready to be shared with you in your preferred file formats or uploaded to your favorite video-sharing platform.
The entire process, from starting your order to the completion of the project, is usually within 3 to 4 weeks unless there is something that affects scheduling. Our team is fast, and efficient, and always gives you the best quality video available.
After the Production
We also know that it’s one thing to have a final video on hand. It is quite another for that commercial video project to be seen. If you need any other support to help more people see your unique web video ads, our experienced team can help there as well. We are more than happy to talk to you about what “post-post-production” services we offer to help you get viewers for your new commercial.
